Biodiversity in the pond of the biotope

I hardly dared to make underwater photos, but of course I was enthralled, what kind of biodiversity is developing in the small water of the pond. Here a few photos taken with a macro lens directly into the pond water.

The lymnaeidae surfaces to the water surface ...

An optimum adaption to this transitional stage water-air evolution is, that they can see as well above as under the water:
