Also for the many colorful bee-eaters it was …
… ineffably hot:

At many irrigation canals we saw flocks of gray wagtails, which were looking for refreshment with a fresh bath:
Also the yellow-legged gulls felt sooo hot!
And this little fan-tailed warbler posed quite coquettish in front of our camo tent car:
