Fight between Mire Crows

Dear reader!
Between these two Mire Crows in their winter plumage there is no love lost and …
… with the head flat on the water surface we sensed, that there was trouble brewing:
And really for nothing at all a heavy fight broke out, which …
… with vengeance was loudly carried out:
Gheee, the bird under got to feel heavy pecks from the attacker:
But he succeeded to free himself from this awkward situation and …
… himself bites the rival heavy into its leg:
Although it looks different, none of the two Mire Crows seemed to be seriously injured. After this last scene they abandoned from each other and swam away in different directions:
